Resident Evil Revelations 2

Because RE Revelations 2 is in episodes, each one has to be modded separately at checkpoints.
Blue values = weapon identifier
Red values = amount of bullets in current weapon/number of items
Let's say you want to start a new game in invisible mode (0x47054 I think that's the correct address if the data hasn't moved around):
For Claire, search for the handgun, 05 01 09 00 01 and change the first four values to 3B 01 FF FF for Infinite Rocket Launcher.
Item slots are above character gun values and are normally spaced in 5 sets of 00. For example,
Green Herb = 03 01 03
Red Herb = 03 03 01
03 01 03 00 00 00 00 00 03 03 01 00 00 00 00 00 03 01 03 00 00 00 00 00 03 03 01
As you can see, I have given myself 6 green herbs and 2 red herbs. This is all you need to complete the game and you will be good to go. Just give yourself at least 21 green herbs and 3 red herbs. Unless you want to experiment with other things, I can help, but it is not worth the risk.
Barry is located right below Claire, just scroll down a little (not far), I think his weapon identifier is 2D 01 xx xx 00 01, change first four values to 3B 01 FF FF.
Raid Mode
I'm not sure if data moves around alot, but you can open advance mode, go to 0xE8A4 to mod weapons including firepower, fire rate, and capacity: XX XX [Weapon Identifier] 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 XX [Weapon level] 00 00 00 XX [Weapon slots - max 6] 00 00 00 XX XX [Part Slot 1] 00 00 XX XX [Part Slot 2] 00 00 XX XX [Part Slot 3] 00 00 XX XX [Part Slot 4] 00 00 XX XX [Part Slot 5] 00 00 XX XX [Part Slot 6] 00 00 XX XX [Firepower] 00 00 XX XX [Fire Rate] 00 00 XX XX [Capacity] 00 00 (Next weapon)
Handgun Example
05 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 64 00 00 00 06 00 00 00 60 01 00 00 60 03 00 00 60 29 00 00 60 47 00 00 50 06 00 00 50 26 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 (Next weapon)
If you are modding parts, be sure to look at the max level. For example, I think 60 01 is relating to damage, but not sure because I haven't looked at them. 60 = the level, 01 = part identifier. If I had 55 01, I would just increase the first value to max level, which should equal 60, but not for all parts because some max at level 5 or 10, etc.
Above the raid mode weapon values, you will see a string of FF FF FF FF FF FF, which represents each raid mode character. Skill points are located above each string of FF FF FF FF FF FF. Just build up your skill points and you can find them easily.
Around 0xC3B0, here are the character levels: XX 00 00 00 XX 00 00 00 XX 00 00 00 XX 00 00 00 XX 00 00 00 and so on.
I found the weapon values before I searched for character level and skill points.
