REQUEST: Persona 3 Reload Advance Mode [SPOILER]

I had two questions if thats fine.
Is it possible to save edit the game to bring Shinjiro Arakgaki to your save? I remember being able to do something like that in vanilla Persona 5 with Akechi awhile back as well as Persona 5 Royal.
Also is it possible to go into the Advance Mode file and make your Social Stats back to 0 or at least make it so a single increase of it will make you go from 1 to 6 (Max) I noticed that the achievement would be locked upon making it go straight to max with the Save Wizard code. I still was able to get it naturally but I was afraid when transferring my save it wouldnt carry over.
