Hey guys,

I am have a serious issue where the licence key is not working for SW, it is saying "The Licence key you have entered is invalid. Please check and try again (4090)".

I have sent support emails and they just send me the link to download the SW, I have been trying for days days to get it to work but TNA, and support have not sent me any information to fix.

Can anyone help.

I have the same issue, today my SW installed again automaticallly, after the instalation it asked my activation code but i get the same error

Still not working for me, ive had to send another email, no one has come back yet.

Ive also tried to contact through paypal.

Probably a server side problem, maybe the activation keys no longer work or deactivated from the server

Not for me its not letting me on still, now exit a few times and then open it again, mine not working full stop.

Well, that could be a server issue but this is not really what our support section is for on our unofficial forum. It's
more for issues with the codes that are posted.

Best thing to do is hit up the official SW support page and the only thing we know right now is the issue is being looked at.

Yeah, I'm having that same issue as well right now but I contacted SW. Hopefully, I hear back this coming week so i can get my FF15 grind on!!
