Metal Slug 3 Debug how to activate?

I wonder how to activate the debug menu in Metal Slug 3 as SW team has a quick code for it,I applied it and tried so many buttons but nothing brings the debug menu up

there no menu
cheat is active right way
its freezes count for ammo, bomb & turn invincibility on
"you can not lose" type mode

hey lee,thanks for the confirmation,your info is same as what skiller told me after I posted this message here,I may try it again as I tried several times and it dont freeze ammo/bomb or invicibility turned on...
