Divinity 1 & 2 save file help

Post by Ace-Rex » Thu May 28, 2020 3:35 pm

Hi there, thank you for reading this first of all, so divinity is a weird game that saves it's information in text format and not hex, and the files are also over the limit to import them via advanced mode, so i guess my question is, is there a way to make the import file smaller without corrupting it? or a way to write quick codes to insert and not overwrite as each number would add/remove another byte to the file

text based save is always easy to edit manually(advance mode) but not for quick code as it might affect bytes

as for the import issue, only savewizard side able to fix it I guess, maybe they have their own reason of the size limitation
