no gta codes work on quick save manual save codes wont work either

The IDs got updated, not the games.
The IDs are for different versions and game regions, like NA, EU, CN, etc.

check the RSS feed when u open your SW . it shows u the 3 games added over the last week . It wont show you the new ids though .
