How to add game title header into template.txt file of sky3ds(blue key)?

We know that whether a game support to write for sky3ds or not depends on if game title header information was included into the template file.If it is not included into the template file, we should wait for official update. But maybe it’s a long time before we get the official update. Then many players must want to know whether we can add game title header into template file by ourselves. This post will introduce it.

Step1: Download template_tools.zip from sky3ds official website. Also unzip it, you will get the below two files.



Step2: Make “game header information file.doc”, you can visit Here for checking how to build a game header information file.doc if you need.

Step3: You will get a file ended with “_temp” in the game header information file.doc. Now you need to change the “_temp” into “.3ds”. Copy the “.3ds” file into the unzipped template_tools.zip. You can check the below details.

Step4: Run “Parse.bat”, you will get “parsed.txt” file.



Step5: Open “parsed.txt” file, you will get game title header. The qty of game title header depends on the qty of game header information file.doc you put in.



Step6: Add the game title header you get into the ending of “template.txt”. Then you can add the game into sky3ds as per normal instruction to play the game.

Note: It’s only useful for not encrypted AP checking games. It’s useless for encrypted AP checking games. So you need to buy a sky3ds+ if you want to play encrypted AP checking games. The operation of sky3ds+ is very easy, no need diskwriter&template.You just need to copy the game into TF card and can enjoy the game.
