What's the best 3ds flashcart for 9.5.0-22

Nintendo 3ds new firmware version 9.5.0-22 is available to download and install now, so far as i know, this new firwmare update makes minor stability enhancements and faster eshop speed only. Does it block any 3ds flashcarts? Currently i have an r4i gold 3ds rts card, can i upgrade my system to the newest 3ds 9.5 system? And what is the best 3ds flashcart for playing 3ds games on the new 9.5 system?

currently,the only one cart that can support 3ds games on 3ds v9.5 was sky3ds.

The Sky is pretty easy to use. It's just plug and play. If you need any help let me know.

Sky3ds sky3ds till sky3ds, get one sky3ds with 32gb sandisk micro sd card now
