What's the best flashcart for 3ds 9.6.0-24, gateway 3ds or sky3ds?

A new Nintendo 3DS system update version 9.6.0-24 has been made available earlier today in all regions. I've already updated my system to the newest 9.6 system, this adds some home menu and theme features except the usually undescriptive “further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments” . However, what is the best 3ds hacking flashcart for the new 9.6.0-24 system? Sky3ds or gateway 3ds flashcart?
This is the one I'm currently looking at, as R4flashcart is the gateway and sky3ds flashcart official reseller based inthe USA, just want to confirm if this sky3ds can be used on my new 3ds 9.6.0-24

For the time being,sky3ds was the only one cart that can run 3ds games on 3ds latest sytem firmware v9.6.0-24,so if you want play 3ds games on latest v9.6.0 system firmware,then buy sky3ds,just assure to buy sky3ds with blue button like this one :no game slot limited,supports future update.

sky3ds is currently the only one 3ds flashcard playing 3ds games on any 3ds console(the latest 9.9), it is easy to play and plug
