3DS V9.7.0-25 Updated,Sky3ds blue, r4i cards can directly work !

Just as the title showed, New 3DS,3DSXL,3DS,2DS system firmware has been updated to v9.7.0-25 today.The new firmware update mainly improve system staiblity and no cards be blocked,see below information to get more details,i mainly quotated from original post
