Ninjhax 2.1 allows Sky3ds playing games without region lock on 3ds v9.0-10.1!

Ninjhax updated to 2.1 version, it has been confirmed that the new Ninjhax 2.1 still allows Sky3ds playing 3ds games on 3ds v9.0~10.1 without region lock, how to run the Ninjhax 2.1?
