Even with modded gems this is next to impossible. You can hit like 3-4k per hit which will one shot most enemies however. Only way you could in theory hit numbers like that normally would be if you modded additional gem slots, but I don't believe anyone has written up how to do that at this point.

Ahmm ... I think it would be great if you upload a 4k per hit save file , I really want this ^_^

No can do. These saves are as close as possible to the legal limits. I won't go beyond that and contribute to online cheating/hacking.
