It would be nice if you could get installed custom bubbles using this method, anyway i didn't try it yet.
@Freakler did you try to dump the package installer and to get it installed like a custom bubble on vita?

Just use the package installer if you're on 3.18.

No, as it needs Firmware 3.50 or higher..
