Package installer don't work on 3.18+ (it starts but you don't see CMA/host0 install option)

I have the same problem with every single game right now. I've tried redoing the whole process several times but nothing. Please help, my PSTV is basically a brick now...

Edit: Weirdly enough it works perfectly from Gmail but when I was using Yahoo to send it it broke everything. If anyone else has this problem try Gmail.

Already instaled list_launch_vita.dat (say done in email) but the game not working

Game: hyperdimesion Neptunia Rebirth 1 (PCSE00443)
Current PSTV Firmware: 3.36

how would i install the new list for the ps tv?

Can we please get step by step instructions?

I sent the eml file as an attachment since there's no instructions for it. Did nothing. I opened it in Outlook, it would only let me send it to your email address. I had to edit the file in notepad to use mine. Sent it, got the error, closed it.

Sent the list launch vita file as #0, the vitatv says its not compatible.

The instructions aren't working on either my old firmware VitaTV, nor my 3.52 PSTV

For anybody Having trouble sending the file as an attachment in Thunderbird:

1. Download "writer.eml" to your Desktop.
2. Double click "writer.eml" (Thunder bird should open, if not right click and choose open with then select thunder bird)
3.In Thunderbird navigate to the "Message" tab and click "Edit as new message" (Ctrl+e)
4. Erase "writer@filesystem.com" and input your e-mail
5.Click Send

Is it possible to write to vs0? I'm not having any luck, changing trophies works fine though.
