Has anyone done this before?

PS Vita Jailbreak 3.60 CFW v2.04 (CEX-DEX)

I managed to get the password for the PUP file, but I dont know how to install it on the 3.60fw Vita.

I followed the instructions and none of the instructions worked.

Wondering if anyone has heard of this site or installed it already that maybe can guide me please

That is because that is a fake website. It will have you go around in circles for hours and nothing will work..
