Activating Vita/Playstation TV without updating

It is now possible to activate a Vita/Playstation TV without updating.
Don't go above 3.18/3.20 for TN-V, PS1 Loader and webkit hack.
in fact the method was there, just noone had tried it.
Setup your PSN account with the same info on your PS3 account.

It is the same as this, just use a Vita/Playstation TV instead of Vita, and in case you get connection errors, you should retry the procedure as you can't connect your Vita/Playstation TV via USB. As soon as you run the newly transferred game in your Vita/Playstation TV, it should be activated.
