i downloaded the 1.40 final but once i refresh the vita and go to themes its a transparent icon and cant select the theme and get the following error "c2-17050-3" anyone knows how to fix this?

Hi Ragnarok01. What do you mean by refresh? Refresh database? If yes, that's what making the theme error. Once you install a an edited app.db, you should not refresh your database.

I suggest you to redo all the process again from the begining. btw thank you for the report. I will check this theme and if that's the problem, I'll update it.
Are you still not be able to install the theme after redo the installation process ?

 hackinformer.com/PlayStationGuide/PSV/tutorials/how_to_install_custom_theme_packs.html
but in step 3,, use dbtheme installer v1.1 ..
