If I've cloned bubble and changed name of the game's folder, what ID I must use (the original ID or the name I changed) ?

You always use the original game ID. Never the folder name.

I used Numblast as game exploit (ARK-2). Can I clone Numblast and customize these clone bubbles ?

Yes, cloning Numblast is easy. It works excellent for a base game as well. I've used it on literally ALL my bubbles.
