How To Keep Your PS Vita Theme Permanently!!

This theme will stay on your device until you change it 
1. Choose the icons you want by placing it on any savedata folder. (Ex: C:\Users\ACViper\Documents\PS Vita\PSAVEDATA\4483c7457050bb6a\NPUG80403BaraSave0\PCSF00720-CUSTOM0000000XMB\icon_welcome.png)
2. Send the savedata folder to your ps vita using QCMA (Not CMA)
3. Download any theme on the psn store (Ex: Cyrstal Theme) and apply it on your ps vita
4. Send app.db to yourself (Click Here And Only Do Step 1 To Find Out How To Get app.db)
5. Open app.db with DB Browser for SQLite on your computer
6. Go to Browse Data, then click on the table tab and click on tbl_appinfo_icon
7. Change all the icon0.png iconPath to whatever you want. (Ex: Welcome app iconPath - ur0:appmeta/NPXS10007/icon0.pklo)
8. Change reserved02 to the path of your icon (EX: ux0:pspemu/PSP/SAVEDATA/NPUG80403BaraSave0/PCSF00690-CUSTOM0000000XMB/icon_welcome.png)
9. Click on Write Changes
10.Rename app.db to #0. Send it using Thunderbird. Put subject as ur0:shell\db\app.db and attach the file
11. Launch the email app on your ps vita. Click on the email you just sent.
12. Click on the file #0 and close the email app by pressing the ps vita button
12. Restart your ps vita
13. AND DONE!
