Ok, first off, TN-V looks identical to a PSP when you get inside it. Ark doesn't. However, Ark runs better on 3.50 bc afaik TN-V was still having problems on 3.50 but the downside to Ark is it has no sound on PS1 games. It's really up to you what you choose. Either way, if you will go into our firmware guide, link at top of all pages, it will lead you to a tutorial. The tutorial may say 3.36 or something but it's basically the same afaik.

1) "can i use TN-V + Ark together
or i should choose only one ???"
i read on the on Hackinformer web - Main Menu - Playstation - Playstation Firmware Guide...
and i choose PSTV...
i should buy ape escape on the loose to able using the emulator...
so yesterday i changing my account to US account...
but i have problem... with update firmware to 3.51
so i using vitaupdateblocker to avoid the update
it work when i going to PS STORE
2) but when i try to download free to play games like
"Breakquest : Extra Evolution" it always show pop up error :
"The connection to the server has been lost.
(NW-2293-6)"
can you help me fix this things..
i already using
vita update blocker.exe and
vita update blocker v1.2.exe
but it always keep showing the problem and it so much bothering me
3) when i going to Setting-PlaystationTMNetwork - System Activation
i also get the problem... "The connection to the server has been lost.
(NW-2293-6)"
is activate system is important ???
if i not using vitaupdateblocker it always wanted me to update to 3.51....

RE: PS VITA TV 3.50 booramkid help
Yes, the system has to be activated. To do that you have to put in your PSN info when you set up the PSTV. If that hasn't been done then you need to format the PSTV and do that. If you did put your info in during setup then all you need to do to activate is download a game using vita blocker. Also, be sure that once you get past the check you turn the proxy off otherwise it wont work. That's prob the issue you're having. As far as using both, you can but you'll have to use them separately. Just follow the instructions in the guide and to get games and things on there you'll have to pull up our article on how to do that. It isn't too far back.

Well, Hackinformer wrote an article over the weekend about OneMenu and how it's able to write to /GAME so that means you can use it to add things to 3.50!
