You think it's worth making that note to people in the Tutorial, or should it be assumed that if you mod at all, weird and unforeseen things will happen? I wonder how worth it it'd be to poll around if other people have had similar issues.

Also do you use the same memory card between your PSTV's or do you have separate ones? I'm wondering if I can take the memory card and just install things on my regular Vita/on a separate vanilla PSTV, though the former defeats the purpose of having a PSTV for a second account and the latter relies on the behavior of vanilla PSTVs (whether they boot out to a menu before installing updates/DLC/etc). I have the opportunity to test the latter in a month probably but I'd rather know now if this knowledge is available.

EDIT: I grabbed another PSTV to test my hypothesis and it worked! Having a vanilla PSTV (upgraded to 3.51) works perfectly to just install updates/DLC for whitelisted (app.db) PSTVs. I haven't done thorough testing on this yet, but I had the game install on a fresh memory card along with my DLC copied from a PS3 and it all installed fine before giving me the "This game can't be played on PSTV" message (or however the message actually reads) and booting me back to the menu. I don't know if it'll install the DLC itself if I have the game installed already, I'll test it next time this game gets free DLC (since it seems to do that every month or so).
