how to transfer exploitable game using a vita

I ve got two vitas one is on current fw, and the other is 3,18 can i use it instead of a ps3 as i dont have one to buy and transfer the exploitable game to the 3,18 vita

Yes, you can use it but not the other way around. 3.55 backups will not work on 3.18 but 3.18 will not work on 3.55
