Hi, can i use this to play PSP backups on the PS Vita, if I have no game installed? (I just bought a Vita 3.18).

Is there a way to use TNV11 or ARK without having any game? I don't have a PS3.

You can use the package installer but psp game/demo won't work but you can have a few vita demos. If you had a ps3 this would be a lot easier or another vita to do the email trick with.
