Hey guys,

I recently purchased a PSTV running 3.35 firmware. I'm intrested in playing some old SNES games using an emulator. 

Is there a way I can install TN-V or an emulator on the PSTV without the following:

A PSN account
A PS3
A PS Vita
Any games
No memory cards yet

I have intentionally let the PSTV offline to avoid any updates.

You need a ps3 to stay on that FW. Right now you could manually update to 3.55 and get on psn with vita update blocker but you can't do the whitelist hack.. If you had a psvita on 3.52 you could dump your user account and then put it on the pstv. SO you need a ps3 if you want to stay on 3.52 and lower.
