Can anyone describe this process for transporting emulators:
"Get a vita on 3.18FW and install it that way, then to the pc or ps3 via cma then put it on the 3.60 unit.."

I'd really like to get emulators on my vita, but it has the latest upgrade and I haven't seen much info on how to get them on this version.

We have everything you need to know on our guide.. also not much you can do with FW3.60 at the moment though

The guide is in spanish? I'm not sure what you're referring to and the thread is for a paid service. Can someone please help me out on this.
