yep, click over there and replace the old item with the new, letters must be caps. for quantity editing, change the quantity value of it on the hexadecimal side. it comes right after the end of the item id with a single 00 buffer

Hi mabscottsville, you know the text string for Perfectionist Pearls? I couldn't believe how easy you made it to change inventory slots, thanks for sharing friend.

I_USE_046 = perfectionist pearls.

i wouldn't mod those in, only mod the quantity, in my save they are after key items which have the ids I_S_ and I_R_ don't touch either of those, don't know how they may affect progression. pearls are fine to mod though just have at-least one before you do so that they are in the right spot. i've tested the quantity up to 00 e7 03 for 999

Can anyone help me find something?

I used the quick codes to give my Hero and Erik in the game 999 Skill points, however, if I get any more skill points they go into negative numbers and tells me I don't have enough skill points to get the new stuff that unlocks.

Its just those 2 characters but it really bothers me. Can anyone tell me the location of those values so I can edit them to 0?

Side question: How does the seed quantity editing work? I go into advanced mode, find the value of the item and then find the value of the amount next to it then change that? Is it possible to get a screen-shot of how it would look like in the program as an example?

Hope someone can help and thank you all so much!

I had a look in advanced mode to find character stats just search their name. I think character skill points for main character the address is 0002fa0f and for Eric it is 0002f9e9 edit it to 0000 if you want no skill points.

i can't post pics so i'll try to explain it better

1- click on the magnifying glass to open a search in advance mode

2- make sure it set to search for a text string and then search for the item id your looking for

3- the item should be highlighted on the right hand side, if it isn't highlight it yourself

4- now that the item id is highlighted on the right, the left side should be as well

5- right after where it is highlighted on the hex side, there should be a 00 xx 00 where xx is the quantity of your item in hexadecimal, you can use the programming or scientific modes in windows calculator to double check, which mode changes depending on which version of windows you are running

6-change the value to your desired amount, if you want more than the cap of 99 you need to use this format 00 xx yy so if you want 999 hex is 03e7 but values are reversed so in the editor it would look like this 00 e7 03

as for the skill points issue

easiest way to find it is
1-to put the codes in again so it makes them 999 again

2- do a decimal search for 999 or a hex search for 03e7

3- first result for me was in my hero's stats should be between JackFriendGameCharacter.....HERO (with HERO being whatever you named him) and Panel1052 with 1052 being whatever skill you probably took first.

4- zero it out and then hit find again and it should show you the one for Erik

not necessarily. the values move around in the save so what may be it for you probably won't for others or you even after another 30 mins playing. when items or skills or going to a new map or anything else is added everything below it is shifted down the save. it's why i cant just make a have all items code
