Tales of Zestiria
Tales of Zestiria
Ok I've been trying to experiment with codes for this game by following this guide here:
http://abyssc.proboards.com/thread/5169 ... ve-editing
as far as I can tell the armor locations and the spell identification numbers are in almost the exact same place and I've tried replacing numbers but sofar no luck. Again things are entered backwards like other ps4 games so everything is reversed.
None of the PS3 codes work, I've tried a few official and a few of the custom ones from the old game Genie forum but I got nadda.
I'm trying to get the 16 stack bonus of a single skill and the E-10 bonus that has one whole element line in the status screen filled out. I should also mention that the Save Wizard library codes for keeping records reset everything back to zero. As of yesterday some of the official codes were really temperamental outside of the Stat codes. I tried a few of the Grade Shop buffs but noticed no difference.

I may be a bit late to the game and all, but by chance has anyone managed to figure out a change of difficulty code? Say to chaos, for example?

Re: Tales of Zestiria
I'm thankful save wizard took time to create codes for this game but some need Fixing and I hope someone here can Help since Advance Mode is enabled but I don't know how to hex edit to change things myself in game.
These are the fixes to quick codes I would like to request.
1. ( Unlock all Titles ) SW codes don't Unlock but Removes all titles earned in Game while playing.
2. ( Max Fusion Points ) Change from 200 - 999 if possible
3. ( Unlock Support Talents ) New not made yet
4. ( Max AP Code ) New not made yet
5. ( Unlock all Grades/ Battle actions ) Fix because there are more then I can Count Checked but still not Unlocked with ??? marks next to them.
6. ( Library - Records ) Max Code instead of Reset code. I don't want to Delete all my hard work so why was a Reset code made for this game. Anyone care to explain what the reset does I don't have a clue but maxxing out the Category's would be better then a reset i believe.

Re: Tales of Zestiria
Can someone make a Code to Have all Arts Unlocked or Have All Arts. I used the Save Wizard Max Level Code and now I'm unable to get anymore Skills After maxing my Level to 200.

Re: Tales of Zestiria
This thread is old but I will ask for a code regardless:
Would a max artes usage code be possible? I looked all over and found nothing. The code would most certainly entertain due to the bonuses granted by using artes a certain (often ridiculous) amount of time.
Thank you in advance!

Re: Tales of Zestiria
Have All Titles & Max Title Levels
Unlock Most Battle Actions
These codes edit the progress values for the BA unlock requirements (1000 guard charges, etc). I know at least one BA (Friendly Link) is missing as it's tied to finding all monoliths & viewing a skit & I haven't done that yet, so not sure if it can be unlocked in the same manner as the ones unlocked with the codes below. I don't have any codes for grade shop BAs as I haven't beaten the game yet.
Support Talents 1XP for Max Level
NOTES: Haven't determined lock/unlock flags in the save, but their 3rd/4th skills are learned from each other by resting at inns once the original skill owner's proficiency is high enough
For Alisha's 3rd/4th talents, I know what they are, but haven't gotten them, so I'm not sure which offset is which, but they have the same xp requirement & apparently you get them both at the same time, so it doesn't really matter
To get the last XP for each one, you'll need to set it as the active talent & earn one proficiency xp with it.
For Item Ordering, just pick a low cost/low tier item and fight battles until it procs (shops restock every 3 battles, the talent procs when your selected vendor stocks your selected item).
For Luring, I actually don't remember if you need to proc it to get xp or if just running around will do. For Windstepping, you can fight or run around in town. For the rest, running around anywhere will do.
Library Records
NOTE: Replace XXXXXXXX with the value you want.
For the play/battle/menu times, it's counted in 1/60ths of seconds. So with your desired time in mind, multiply hours by 216000, minutes by 3600, and seconds by 60, then add them together and convert to Hex.

Unlock Chaos Difficulty
I looked into doing 999 Fusion points when I originally started the game years ago (only played for 8 hours, then neglected it until recently) and 200 is in the in-game cap. You can mod the save to 999, but it resets to 200 as soon as you use any fusion points (or gain a fusion point from having the talent active, iirc), so all modding it to 999 really does is give you one free fusion.
I'm working on quick codes for equipment modding and a google sheet with all of the relevant data (gear ids, base stats, in-game stats at +99 fusion, skill ids, etc). Hoping to have those ready sometime this week. After the weapon codes, I plan to do arte usage codes since the SC reduction is pretty noticeable and it takes a ridiculous amount of uses for max proficiency (Sorey's mystic artes need like 1000 & the rest of his artes need like 9000). Not sure if I'll get around to arte unlock codes - did some digging into it and looks like it'll have to be a mass write code for each character and just thinking about it gives me a headache.

Re: Tales of Zestiria
Equipment Code is ready. It searches for the specified equipment and replaces the first match with equipment, stats, & skills of your choice. For Rose, I'd recommend having 2 different daggers in-game to choose as the items to be replaced (as the original items, not the new items you're changing them to). If you want to set the same dagger to be searched/replaced twice, I'd recommend doing the first one, applying the code, then going back into quick mode to do the 2nd.
Here's the google sheet with all of the gear/skill data and a handy code builder:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing
To use the code builder, you'll need to download a copy. For most of the equipment, it also has the "normal" stats listed, just in case you want to mod stats to the normal in-game amounts (some stats are missing as I don't have the gear).
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a mass write code, so it uses Big Endian values (reversed byte order) instead of the normal hex values that most quick codes use. The code builder in the sheet linked above takes care of that for you, but if you're editing the code on your own, be sure to reverse the byte order on the 2 byte values (ie, 999 ATK would be E703 instead of the standard 03E7).
Equipment Code
FF7F - part of the inventory slot number identifier, keeps the code from finding random matches before getting to the inventory section
ZZ - Current Item ID to look for
YY - Current item type to look for
XX - Item ID to change to
WW - Item type to change to (same as search value if type is staying the same, ie weapon staying weapon)
VV - First stat ID
UUUU - First stat value
TT - Second stat ID
SSSS - Second stat value
RR - First Skill ID
PPPP - First Skill Level, in multiples of 100, converted to Hex (excluding skills that have no level, like Lucyfir)
N,M / L, K / J, H - Same as PP & RRRR, but for skill slots 2-4
GG - Fusion level
