How to buy exploit game W/O using proxy and ps3 in lower FW

This tutorial teach you how to buy a game only using an internet just go to https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/ and buy a game for example NUMBLAST(good game w/ small price and small space capacity)....(REMINDER:NUMBLAST only work on FW 3.01).....

just Follow this;
-log in your account that connected to your PSVITA.....
- buy the game online....
-put you cursor to the user name and click at DOWNLOAD LIST.....



-Find the game you just buy and click DOWNLOAD TO YOUR PSVITA.....


-go to the DOWNLOAD QUEUE for confirmation.....



-go to your ps vita and restart it.....
-then when it open connect your WIFI connection .....
-just wait and look at your download bubble...
