open "reimport.bat" and follow the same steps i gave you, also there's a guide in "quickbms.txt" go ahead and read it. Oh and you can only re-inject the files if they are the same size or smaller.
Edit: in the "quickbms.txt" read the guide under "3) Reimport the extracted files" it explains it better.

Hey man since i ran into a dead end if you make any progress with finding the card text let me know. i'm really don't care for the story text i just want to translate the card text to English so i can play. BTW Check you inbox i send you a link to something.

I'm looking around I found tutorial card names but actual card list and info per card isn't coming up

Good luck man, i did all i can with the limited knowledge i have. you're going to have to ask omarrrio, you said you were a graphic designer right? I read on his forum that he's putting together a team to photoshop the game's japanese images into english. if you ask maybe he'll let you help out.

you're doing an okay job, but a good job indeed, all you need to do is know how to unpack/repack the EHP files, as they are only juxtapositioned file packs

edit:you can find text in "cardinfo_jpn.ehp" in duelsys with edit pad 7
there are only 2 problem
1.if you replace a text the size of the file is bigger and quickbms don't reimport it corretly
2.if you replace a text and the file is the same size;all other name card aren't the same . I have edited Card_name_R
