If you are familiar with pkg installer through the email app, you can modify the link to
"email:send?attach=ur0:shell/db/app.db."
Instead of
"psgm:open?titleid=NPXS10031"
.
you can also change the link to whatever file you want
here is the list of most files
http://yifan.lu/2014/10/17/ps-vita-3-30 ... m-listing/
.
there's restriction to dump those files like:
1- limited to 2MB
2- you can't dump files located far more than 7 directories
like ux0:1/2/3/4/5/6/7.txt
.
also
(don't forget the dot at the end)

This doesn't work for me on my 3.18 Vita. I send the email from my Vita to myself and I don't receive an attached file back. Am I doing something wrong?

In Gmail, you have to click the link button.

But, what exactly do we do afterwards?
What do we open App.db with?
How do we view the things?...
I'm sorry for not being very knowledgable on this matter...

Download and use
SQL Lite Browser to view/edit the app.db file.
What "things" are you wanting to view?

{EDIT} I didn't put the period at the end... oops.
When I use the link, I get an error. I'm on 3.52, accidentally updated.

you need simply add a dot at the final of the file , example app.db. if you dont put the dot will not work
